1WHAT SIGNS SHOULD I LOOK FOR WHEN IT IS TIME TO REPLACE?

There are many signs that your roof could be in disrepair and in need of replacement. Some of the more obvious signs are missing, damaged or decaying shingles, leakage after hard rains, and stains on interior walls and ceilings. A roof in need of replacement will often show up in your energy bill, due to inefficient heating or cooling of your home.

2I NOTICED A DARK WATER RING ON THE CEILING, AND I WAS WONDERING HOW LONG BEFORE THE WINTER DO I NEED TO HAVE THIS MATTER LOOKED INTO?

Have the situation looked into as soon as possible. What may not look like much damage to you, may actually be. There could be other things going on under the surface that could take some time to fix, so the sooner the better and the less expensive.

3HOW LONG IS THE ROOF REPLACEMENT PROCESS?

Depending on the type and size of the roof you have are having installed. It could take a couple of days, up to a couple of weeks, weather permitting.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a true story, yet almost unbelievable in today’s world. Our house is 24 years old, and I thought we needed new gutters because of the age of our home. We pride ourselves in maintaining it. Chris Turner told me on the phone I might not need new gutters if they’re not leaking and he gave me a ballpark figure to replace them. He came to our house when he said he would. Afterwards he contacted me to tell me “our gutters are fine.” We had a thorough conversation, and I told him personally that his honesty is refreshing. He could have made a sale to a willing consumer. He chose instead to be honest. We need more Chris Turner’s and Mitchell Roofing in our world. I can’t thank them enough.
